Christmas Card Challenge # 26 - Candy Canes.

Welcome to a new Christmas Card Challenge!

This week we have a super sweet theme for you:

Candy Canes!

This is my take:

I've chosed these super-cute koala digi stamps from Dearie Dolls which I colored with Copics and glitter. I went for tags this week (I printed them too small to use them on a card...).

As usual, I invite you to have a look at my teamies creations which you'll find here on the blog as usual.

Sadly, this is our last challenge.

I've created one card each week since June 2013 and I'll surely miss my Sunday posts.

I'd like to thank all those who commented and appreciated my cards, those who entered our challenges and also thank you teamies! It's been great working with you all!

Gerda Steiner November Challenge - Hello Friend!

Here I am with my monthly post for the Gerda Steiner Progressive Challenge.

This month I received this super-cute mouse since I had entered the October challenge and made this card:

I found this triangle-shaped card in a magazine and I thought it was perfect for this image. It's called Balancing Holiday Mouse and is available in Gerda Steiner's shop.

Background paper is from Doodlebug as well as the message. The digi is colored with Copics and lots og glitter!

That's all for this month! Can't wait to see what comes in December!

This is my card:

Again this week I reached for an old digi stamp from Pink Petticoat.

The bow is made with a Sizzix die I bought a while ago: I love how it's turned out!
Glittered cardstock and background paper are from DCWV)

My teamies have made great cards as usual: see them all here! You'll also find winner and Top 3 from our last challenge.

CraftyHazelnut's Christmas Challenge Extra for November.

Good morning!

My card for today has a super-cute dog on it:

I chose Winter Puppy Dog from our sponsor Bugaboo Stamps.

The background paper is actually a birthday paper from a local shop but I thought it had perfect colors for a Christmas card, especially if paired with this gorgeous glittered cardstock from DCWV.
A few more crystal stars around added a special touch.

As usual I suggest that you have a look at all the lovely creations from the team! You can find tons of inspiration here on the blog.
Can't wait to see what you create!

The image is colored with Copics while papers are from Toga France.

Have a look here to see the wonderful cards from the DT and don't forget... Christmas is Coming!

Gerda Steiner October Challenge - With Love.

Good afternoon!

I'm here today for my monthly post for Gerda Steiner Challenge.

We received this adorable Racoon digital stamp as we took part in their September challenge and it was a pleasure to create a card with its funny face looking at me!

This is my card:

I colored it with Copics and positioned it on papers from Pebbles and We R Memory Keepers.
I loved the fact that there was a little racoon in the background paper too!
The sentiment is froma stamp set I found in a magazine.

I'd like to enter the following challenge:

This is my card:

I chose this cute fox from Dearie Dolls and added some very old papers I had in my stash. My favourite part is the jacket: I LOVE the dots!

As usual, I suggest you check the fab creations from the DT here in our challenge blog where you'll find winner and Top 3 from last challenge too!

CraftyHazelnut's Christmas Challenge Extra for October.

A couple of months and we'll be surrounded by decorations and Christmas songs... I LOVE Christmas but I'm not ready for winter yet...

Anyways, here's my card for this month:

I chose Shopping Girls digi stamp from our sponsor Bugaboo Stamps with the idea to turn these girls into friends doing their Christmas shopping.
The background paper (from Toga) is a Christmas one but unfortunately the gingerbreads are all covered by either the image or the sentiment so it doesn't seem too Christmas-sy...
I loved the colors I chose so I decided to keep the paper and finish the card.

Have a look here on the blog to see the other cards made by the DT.

Can't wait to see what you create!
