2 Cute Ink Challenge # 131 - Father's Day.

It's all about Fathers here at 2 Cute Ink Challenges!

We want to celebrate them and we ask you to show us your cards for Father's Day!

As you know, here in Italy Father's Day is in March so it was a bit "out of season" for me but the image is so cute that it's been very easy to make my card!

This is the featured digi stamp:

Isn't is lovely?
It's available in 2 Cute Ink shop on Etsy.

This is my card:

I've found this patterned paper from an Italian manufacturer (Modascrap) and I think it's the perfect background for these two cute alligators!

My teamies have created stunning cards! If I had to choose one I'd really have problems!

I can't wait to see all your beautiful cards!

Crocodiles for Valentine's Day.

You won't believe but I'm still making Christmas cards... or maybe I'm already making Christmas card.
Or better: I've never stopped making Christmas cards!
Only yesterday I made two cards and some tags...

But I'm also making some Valentine cards, both for DT assignements and for pure pleasure.

Today I want to show you one that I made "just to have fun":

I LOVE this digi stamp called Crocodile Love from The Paper Shelter!
I colored them with my Copics and assembled a light blue card with touches of red, just to remember it's a love-themed card. I added a broad light blue organza ribbon with little hearts on the edges and another ribbon with hearts and Valentine's words.
These crocodiles are so cute!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

Although here in Italy we are still in a Christmas atmosphere with trees, lights and decorations still on until Sunday, my mind is already moving to my next important event to make cards for: Valentine!

This is a card I've recently made:

I've used this lovely and sweet crocodile from Doodle Dragon Studios and made a pink & red card which is perfect for Valentine Day with a patterned paper from Doodlebug. I layered the image with red cardstock and the pink ribbon with a larger red one.
I love red & pink together!

I'm entering the following challenges:

Well, I wish you all a very very happy 2013!

I can't help smiling...

Look at these LOVELY crocodiles:
I can't help smiling when I look at them!

I found them weeks ago from The Paper Shelter shop and immediately colored them without finding the right moment turn them into a card.

A few days ago I read that The Paper Shelter was starting challenges and I absolutely wanted to enter their first challenge with this digi. I thought I could never manage to make a card in so short a time but this morning I magically made it!
The challenge asks for Buttons and Bows so I added buttons and bows! It's not difficult for me to add them... it's more difficult to part with my precious buttons and I had to part with four of them today!!!

Luckily enough, there is another challenge I can enter with this card: Paper Sundaes. They want a card with masculine colors and I think these dark and light greens are something masculine.

Well, better go, lots of things to do!
