Spring!

Good morning!
It's a bright sunny day today, the perfect weather to show you one of my latest cards:

I've had some time free from orders and DT work so I colored a few images I had around for ages and this is one of them.

She is Solly Tude from Tiddly Inks (I have a digital stamp which I cannot find in the shop, but there's the clear stamp here if you are interested).

I colored her with fresh, spring-y colors and made a very simple mini card. The background is stamped with tiny hearts.

Crafty Caz Challenge # 275: It's a Girl Thing

Christmas Card Challenge # 14 - Sentiment Only.

Good morning!
Welcome to a new Christmas Card Challenge!

This week we have a "Sentiment Only" theme for you:

And this is my card:

I've had this lovely sentiment from Tiddly Inks for a while and I was happy to use it in a card... I'm always happy to use something I have in my stash!
Colored with Copics, the image was mounted on a long card covered with a paper from Toga.

As usual, we have winners from last week: check them here!
You'll also find inspiration from our DT members, but you can have a look at their blogs here:

Paper Roses.

Ever since I discovered them on a card some years ago, I fell in love with tiny paper roses.
I bought some but I rarely use them. I never reach for them to give a special touch to my cards and projects and I need to be inspired by something to use them.

This week I was inspired by Christmas Card Challenge # 47: the theme is FLOWERS so I had to reach for my paper roses and use them!

She is Wryn Goes Caroling, one of my favorite stamps from Tiddly Inks. I used lilacs to make my card, adding purple and pink roses on one corner (sorry, but the paper is again an old one with no name on it!).
I love how it turned out, I should really rememeber to use my roses more often!

As usual, have a look at the stunning creations of my fellow DT members:

Pure Cuteness...

Inspired by two challenges this week, I've just finished these:

Aren't they cute? Ohhh!!! I love them! They make me sing and be merry!

Let's start from the beginning...

Tiddly Inks Challenge is about "Anything but a Card" and the ABC Christmas Challenge asks for felt or fabric, so I decided to create these tags!
First, I printed a couple of Wryn Goes Caroling images from Tiddly Inks, colored them with two different color combos and then started looking for a tag with the right dimensions.
The tag was covered with music paper and the lower part with fabric. Then, it was all about adding the details... so much fun!
I think I'm going to make a few sets for next Christmas!

Wings

Pretty unusual for me, I've just finished a card with fairies:
I don't know why but I'm not a fan of fairies. With a few exceptions (like this one) I never buy stamps with them. When I saw the theme at Tiddly Inks Challenges this week I was a bit worried I wouldn't have been able to enter but then I saw this image and... yes, that was perfect! It's a long while (years) that I have it but, for one reason or another, I've never managed to color it and make a card.
These fairies are so pretty and... oh! How I wish to have them helping me when I put my lights on the Christmas tree!!!

This card is for the following challenges:
Tiddly Inks Challenge # 102: Wings
ABC Christmas Challenge: B for Boys or BOWS
Winter Wonderland Challenge: It Takes Two
Christmas Cards All Year Round January Challenge: Anything Goes

Well, 331 days to Christmas and 3 cards are ready!

Get Well Soon, again!

I noticed that I missed Get Well Soon cards in my shop so I decided I had to make some more.

After the one I showed you yesterday, I have two more today:

This is Wryn New Wings from Tiddly Inks colored as a brunette.

This is Wryn New Wings from Tiddly Inks colored as a blonde little girl.

I've used unusual colors for me and for such a girlie card: papers are from the Animal Antics paper pad (First Edition Paper) and I added a matching ribbon and a chipboard butterfly.

My card was featured in the last Tiddly Inks Challenge so I wanted to enter another card in their new Challenge which says Anything Goes!

Here's the list of Challenges I'm entering:

Singing Carols

I don't know why but one of my favorite images for Christmas is someone singing carols.
Even when I watch Christmas movies (my favorite pastime for Christmas), I love to see a group of people singing near a lamppost or in front of a house.

That's why when I saw this stamp, I had to buy it:

She is the lovely Wryn Goes Caroling digi stamp from Tiddly Inks and, inspired by this week's challenge theme at Tiddly Inks, I colored her in soft blues. Isn't she cute? I adore her!!

This card is for the following challenges:
Tiddly Inks Challenge # 100: Make it like Pops (color + theme)
Cutie Pie Challenge # 33: Cutie Christmas
Jingle Belles Challenge: Anything (Holiday) Goes

A Cat for Christmas

I've had this sweet digi stamp for a while, maybe one year or so and, inspired by The ABC Challenge theme this week, I've decided to ink it and make this card:

This lovely digi is Christmas Wishes from Tiddly Inks. I used Copics and glitter for the image and mounted it on a hot pink card with ptterned papers and ribbon.
It's good to be able to use supplies I've had for a while and create something cute!

I'm a bit in a hurry this morning so I have time only to enter a few challenges:
The ABC Christmas Challenge: C is for Clear It Out
In The Pink Challenge # 9: Gonna Be a Pink Christmas
Digital Tuesday Challenge # 189: Non-Traditional Christmas

Pink Christmas

I love to use PINK for Christmas!
And when I read Jingle Belles Challenge theme for this week, I couldn't help doing another pink card.
Luckily enough, I'm quite free from commissions so I've had the time to make this:

I've used Minnie Christmas Lights, a lovely funny stamp from Tiddly Inks.
When I start making my Christmas tree and unwrap my decorations, I often found lights tangled and I have absolutely no patience to untangle them! I feel I'm a bit like this Minnie...

The challenge at Jingle Belles is a serious one this time: Pink Christmas for the Cure! The girls will be donating $2 for each card: read this post for all the info!

This card is for the following challenges:
Jingle Belles: Pink Christmas

Let's make some PINK Christmas cards and help raise founds for the cure!
