Not Just Cards Challenge # 21 - Anything Goes.

Good morning and welcome to a new Not Just Cards Challenge!

You may have noticed a few changes, a new look, new badges and the last challenge was Zoe's last challenge. She has sadly had to step down as owner due to a serious illness. We wish her all the best and hope she gets better soon.

As usual it's Anything Goes but challenges will now run monthly starting from June.

My DT project for June is this card:

I've had the pleasure to work with a new sponsor: RoseyHearts.
This cute gnome is Strawberry Pipkins. I used my Copics and a very old scrapbooking paper (I'm sorry, there's no name or brand on it). I've had this paper for ages and when I saw the image I immediately thought it was perfect for my card.

We have great sponsors this month so don't miss the chance to win one of our fab prizes!

If you entered last week, have a look here to see if you're a winner.
And don't forget to check this month's DT projects!

Christmas Card Challenge # 20 - Inspiration.

Are you ready for some inspiration?

This is the theme we have for our new Christmas Card Challenge:
Cookies!

This is my card:

These super-sweet gingerbread are from Pink Cat Studio. I've had them for ages and this was the perfect occasion to dust them off and make a card!

I colored them with Copics and mounted them on a piece of scrap paper I found in my stash.

Christmas Card Challenge # 10 - White on White.

Happy Sunday!
We have a brand new Christmas Card Challenge for you today: White on White!

It's been snowing the last couple of days and white seems the perfect word to describe what I see from the window.

This is my card for this week:

I chose a very yummy cupcake and sentiment from Pink Petticoat colored with just a touch of red and green.
I then mounted it on one of my precious Lasting Impressions cards and added lost of glitter.

If you played with us last week, check here, you might be one of the winners!

As usual, check our DT blogs for additional inspiration or just to see amazing cards!

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge # 288 - Christmas.

With Christmas just around the corner we have another Christmas Challenge for you this week at C.R.A.F.T. Challenge!

The theme is simply "Christmas" so any project can fit the challenge.

I made this card:

The image is from A Day for Daisies and is called Christmas Pixy One. I wanted to give an idea of two sisters and I printed the digi resizing the image.
I then colored them with Copics and glitter and stamped some snowflakes in the background.
I wanted a sweet, clean and simple card with sugary colors and I love it!

Now, it's your turn!
Show us your Christmas creations and, if you need a bit of inspiration, have a look here at the beautiful cards the DT have made!

Some Sweetness...

This afternoon I'm having a couple of hours "just for me" and Custom orders being in stan-by, I've decided to make a card with a sweet image I painted some time ago.

This is the card:
This lovely little bear is a stamp from Lili of the Valley: I stamped it with black ink onto ivory paper decorated with light blue dots. As usual, I colored her with watercolor pencils and - stange enough for me and for such a girly card - I did not use glitter on her.
As for the papers, the little rose paper is a digi file Ive just bought from a lovely Etsy shop: MariekeVDesign, the other papers are from DCWV (the blue one is glittered!!!) and the gingham paper is from Wild Rose Studio.
The lovely rose... well, I don't know, I've just found a box full of flowers, saved from very old projects or from... who remembers? But I love to be able to find something old, unused but useful!

Of course, this is a sketch card. Here's the sketch:
It's from my beloved Sweet Sketch Challenge # 91 and I'm so happy I've managed to enter: last week I missed it and I was really sad. Although their sketches are really challenging, I love to enter a card and I have so much fun while trying the best matches to be used on my card.

I'm also entering this card to another lovely challenge: Incy Wincy Designs Challenge # 84: they ask for pastel colors, so I think this card is just perfect!

Well, my "just for me" time is over, time to be a mom again...
