Anything Goes again at Christmas Card Challenges!

This is my card:

This cute owl is from Lawn Fawn (Winter Owl). I used a light green card base and a paper I found in my stash.

Doves for a Wedding.

Good morning dear readers!

Today I'd like to show you one of my latest creations. I'd been thinking for a while to create something elegant suitable for a wedding, like Thank You tags, which could be easily added to favours.

A few days ago, while looking through my files, I came across a collection of images perfect for what I had in mind.

I created small Thank You tags:

and bigger Save the Date tags:

Graphics was purchased from Aimee Asher years ago and I don't think it's still available.
I decided to match the tags with a light blue cardtosck and a matching satin ribbon.

What do you think? Are they elegant?

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge # 313 - Father's Day / Male.

Welcome to a new C.R.A.F.T. Challenge!

This week we have a perfect theme for those who celebrate Father's Day in June (we have it in March): Father's Day or Male Cards, as you prefer.

I chose a lovely image, perfect for a man:

It's Mr. Fix It Car from Karen's Doodles, colored with Copics with papers from Peebles (Front Porch).
I had a great fun coloring this image! Those greens are one of my fav color combos!

Have a look here on the challenge blog: you'll find last week's winner and Top 3: I chose the Top 3 and well, it was hard to select just 3 cards!

We can't wait to see what you create for the men in your life!

Elegant Squid.

You know, I sometimes often fall in love with certain images and I feel the urge to create something with them.

This has recently happened with Squid Doodle from 2CuteInk:

The only "squid" I had in mind before seeing this one was Spongebob's friend...
I found "her" so elegant that I matched the digi with a girly paper from DCWV and added water bubbles with rhinestones, to make it even mre girly.
I particularly love the flower on her headband!

This squid as well as many other summer-related images with super-cute animals can be found here in 2CuteInk Etsy shop!

Welcome to a new 2 Cute Ink Challenge!

This fortnight our theme is: Water.

We've experienced lots of rain in the last few days so this theme is perfect for me!

This is my card:

She is Puddle Bug Ladybug from 2 Cute Ink shop. I colored her with my Copics and used patterned papers from Lawn Fawn (Hello Sunshine).
I LOVE her yellow boots!

For this challenge, I opted for a Post-It note cover:

The cover was made with a patterned cardstock from DCWV.

Christmas Card Challenge # 25 - Anything Goes.

Happy Sunday!

And welcome to a new Christmas Card Challenge!

This week it's Anything Goes!

And I decided to make something different: ornaments:

I had these red felt circles in my stash (I actually don't know what they were meant to be...) and I decided to turn them into little ornaments adding a patterned paper on the back, a sentiment and a little owl painted with Copics.
You should be familiar with this owl: it's Mr. Who from Eat Cake Graphics.

My teamies have made more traditional cards for the challenge: check them here or have a look at their personal blogs:

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge # 312 - Christmas, no Red or Green.

Oops... A bit late today for my C.R.A.F.T. Challenge post but I forgot I had to leave early this morning and didn't schedule it.

Anyway, here we are with a new challenge: Christmas, no Red or Green.

This is my card:

I've had the great pleasure to work with this cute girl from All Dressed Up: she is called All Dressed Up for Christmas and she's perfect for non-traditional Christmas color.
I decided to try with a white and blue color scheme for the tree which I sometimes see as an alternative to the green tree. The girl had to wear pink, with her tutu-like dress!

What do you think? Is it possible to create a Christmas card without reds or greens? I can't wait to see your projects!

If you're curious, have a look here: you'll see wonderful creations!

Bon Voyage!

A very quick post today to show you one of my latest creations:

I'd had this super-cute Bon Voyage set from DigiStamp Boutique for a while and I thought the images were perfect for my new printed tags found at a craft show.
I colored the images with my Copics and used the sentiments that came along with the set.
Aren't they cute?!
