Christmas Card Challenge # 4 - Anything Goes.

Good morning!
Here we are with a new Christmas Card Challenge!
The theme is easy this week: Anything Goes!

I chose a Kraftin' Kimmie  stamp called Joy mounted on paper scraps I found in my stash. I had in mind non-Christmas colors for her coat but then I opted for the most traditional color scheme.

My teamies have created great cards as usual.
Check here to see them or have a look at their blogs:

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge # 291 - Anything Goes.

Merry Christmas!

It's Christmas day and the challenge here at C.R.A.F.T. couldn't be easier: Anything Goes!

Let us see all those cards and projects you have not yet had the chance to show us!

As most of my recent projects, I stepped away from the Christmas theme and enjoyed making a fresh and spring-y card:

She is Hot Air Balloon Ride from Pattie's Creations mounted on a background paper from Chic Tags.
I stamped the seagulls with black ink and colored the image with Copics.

Pattie's Creations is one of our wonderful sponsors fro this week's challenge and she's offering 3 images to the winner.

Have a look here to check challenge details and sponsors and to see my teamies' creations!

Again, have a Merry Christmas with your family and friends!

Not Just Cards Challenge # 09.

Welcome to a new challenge at Not Just Cards!

The theme is always Anything Goes and we can't wait to see your creations!

Although this is the week of Christmas, I was thinking ahead when I prepared my project for the challenge and made this:

I chose this funny duck from Doctor Digi called Scaredy Duck and though about summer, sea and warm weather.

I've had sneak peeks of my teamates' projects and they are all so stunning!
Have a look here to check them out!

Christmas Card Challenges # 3 - Inspiration.

Welcome to a new Christmas Card Challenge!

Before giving you all details for the new challenge, don't forget to have a look here to see if you are one of our Top Three or even the winner of challenge # 2!

This week we have an Inspiration Challenge I'm sure you'll adore!

A Penguin!
I love penguins!

This is my card:

This week I had no doubt on what image I wanted to use: it's Penguin's Presents, a digi from Meljen's Designs I've had for a while waiting to be colored and assembled on a card.
The background paper is from a Lawn Fawn paper pad (Peace Joy Love) and the sentiment is from the same pad.

Penguins seem to have inspired our DT, have a look here to see their great cards or check their blogs:

Winter Wishes.

I have another small card to show you today with one of Eat Cake Graphics stamps:

I wanted to go gold this time, a color I rarely choose. Back in october I found a paper pad by First Edition (Gilded Winter) and I decided it was something I needed in my Christmas papers stash.
I eventually had the chance to use it together with Light Post in Winter rubber stamp and a stripe of gold glittered tape.

Lamp posts are something I adore, possibly in a Christmas scene with carolers around singing songs... They remind me of Victorian Christmases in a London street with horse carriages and snow...

If you like this lamp post as much as me, you can find it in Eat Cake Graphics shop.

Mr. Who Just for You!

It's time to show you a cute little Thank You/Just for You notecard I've recently made with my Mr. Who stamp from Eat Cake Graphics:

These are mini-mini cards, perfect for a bunch of flowers or a little gift, just to say thank you to someone you care for.
Colored with Copics. they were quick and easy to make.

I LOVE tiny cards!

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge # 290 - New.

Hello!
Are you ready for a new C.R.A.F.T. Challenge?

This week the theme is very exciting: let's celebrate something NEW!
A new baby, a new job, a new home and, of course, the new year if you're still in the holidays mode!
For me it was healthy to make something different from a Christmas card and I opted to celebrate a new baby:

My image comes from Inky Impressions and is called Lizzie's Bundle of Joy.
Papers are from First Edition.
Aren't they cute?

I can't wait to see what you create!

Happy Holidays Row.

Good afternoon!

Christmas will be here in one week... I can't believe it, time flies too fast!

I have another Christmas card to show you today:

It is one of the new stamps recently released by Eat Cake Graphics: it is called Christmas Row (and you can find it here in Eat Cake Graphics shop).
I had already made a card with the Trick or Treat Boxes (you can read my post here) which is quite similar to this one and I enjoyed myself so much creating my card that I had to have the Christmas version too!
I stamped it twice and cut some details to add them with 3D dots to have a dimensional effect.
I kept the rest of my card quite simple, the image is so beautifully detailed it doesn't need anything else!

You can read all about my card here on Eat Cake Graphics blog too!

Skating in the Snow.

Just a super-quick post today to show you a card I made this morning.

The inspiration came from the new challenge at Your Next Stamp.
My card for challenge 0# 3 (here) was chosen as the Top Pick! I'm really honored and I couldn't miss the new challenge!
This week the sketch is without circles:

And this is my version of the sketch:

She is Mini Sketing Fun Fhiona colored with Copics and positioned on two patterned papers by Toga France. The fence... well, I made it myself.
I changed the position of the sentiment, I hope this can be accepted in the challenge!

Tis card is for the following challenges:

Christmas Card Challenge # 2 - CAS.

Welcome to a new Christmas Card Challenge!

We had lots of amazing entries and it's been hard to choose the winner and top three: have a look here to see if you're one of them!

Now, onto this week's challenge.
The theme is CAS, clean and simple, perfect for your last minute cards.

This is what I made:

I had just bought these sweet Frosty Friends from Pink Petticoat and I thought they were perfect for my CAS cards.
Since there are so many different snowmen with different sentiments, I couldn't choose only one and I decided to make one for each color of card base I had.
A touch of color and lots of glitter and my cards were ready!

My teamies made such elegant cards this week: have a look here on our challenge blog to see them all or check them in their own blogs:

Alanna    Carol    Donna     Gail    Heather     Jessica     JoAnn     Lisa
                                     Margo         Marsha        Shirley Anne        Tenia
