Christmas Card Challenge # 25 - Buttons and Twine

Good morning!
I'm ready to show you my latest creation for Christmas Card Challenges!

Inspired by buttons, twine and pastel colors I made this card:

I've had this lovely digi stamp for a while and time has come to use it.
It is called Christmas Together and is available in Sami Stamps shop.
I used my Copics and a background paper from the Gingerbread Lane paper pad.
Then, I added a ribbon and... three... not just one but three buttons! It's Always so hard to use my precious buttons!

Have a look at the great cards made by my teamies, here on our Challenge blog or by clicking their personal blogs:

A Happy Day at the Beach.

Well, despite the title I haven't spent a day at the beach recently.
The weather is awful this spring and too cold for the beach.
But I've created another card inspired by my longing for summer and warm weather:

This adorable digi stamp is Beach Hut Belle from Jellypark.

I colored her with Copics and mounted the hut over the aperture of a light blue card. Behind the aperture I glued a patchwork paper from Toga and some embellies, just to make everything very girly and cute!

Ohhh! How I'd love to be watching the sea from my beach hut!

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge # 259 - Christmas

It's Christmas time again here at C.R.A.F.T. Challenges!

This week we want you to show us your Christmas cards or projects.
This is mine:

I chose an adorable image by Kenny K called Christmas Tree. They are one of our sponsors this week and you might be lucky enough to win 5 digis from their store!
I colored it with Copics and glitter and mounted it on some (very precious) Doodlebug papers from the Santa's Workshop collection.
I LOVE the enthusiasm of the little girl in her pink pajamas! She's as happy as a kid should be while decorating the tree!

Don't forget to have a look here at C.R.A.F.T. Challenges main page to check the wonderful sponosrs and prizes we have this week and to be inspired by the great creations from the DT!

Christmas Card Challenges # 24 - Embossing

Happy Mother's Day!

Here we are ready for a new Christmas Card Challenge!
The theme is EMBOSSING wet or dry, you pick.

If I'm not too good with heat embossing, I love dry embossing and I have a great collection of Lasting Impressions templates. Unfortunately, I concentrate more on stamping so I was happy to have a reason to look through my templates and choose the one for this challenge.

This is my card:

I embossed a little tree using my Lasting Impressions papers and template, of course. Then I adhered it with 3D dots. A patterned paper and a little bow complete the card.

We have some Amazing cards to show you this week!

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge # 258 - Birthday - Our Annual BLOG HOP

Happy Birthday To Us
Happy Birthday To Us

Happy Birthday Dear CRAFT Challenge

Happy Birthday To Us!

Can you believe it? CRAFT Challenge is already 5 years old. Originally started by Tracy from Just Tracy Crafts and with a DT mostly recruited from Trimcraft forum members (Hence the term CRAFT Challenge, which stood for Crafters Residing Are Friendly Trimmies. Or if you wished alternative meaning of Can't Remember A Flipping Thing) on the 4th of May 2009.

We have now grown to be a large team of Design Team Members from all around the world, supplemented with lots of Guest Designers who join us for a month at a time.

We have always welcomed all kinds of craft, not just paper craft (unless specifically stated so in the challenge at the time) and are happy to have such a large group of faithful followers.

So, how are we going to celebrate this milestone?

Well, how else can we celebrate than to have our yearly Blogaversary Blog Hop?

We all feature one of our sponsors for this blog hop on our blogs and I have the honour of featuring and offering a prize from the following sponsor. You can win this prize by adding your name to Inlinkz at the end of this post. I would love to see your comments as well.

Fun in the Sun!

Hello!

I don't know how about you but I'm longing for summer! We are having such a rainy dark spring that I need sun, hot temperatures and T-shirts!

I'm happy to show you one of the latest cards I've made with one of my Eat Cake Graphics stamps.

This stamp is one of my fav, I bought it before being chosen as one of the DT members and it talks about summer:

She is Mara Mermaid and I'd love to be floating in the sea like she's doing!
Even if I was a bit worried about coloring her, it's been quite easy with my Copics and I love how she's turned out!

You can find her in the Eat Cake Graphics shop:

Christmas Card Challenge # 23 - No Embellishments

Happy Sunday!

Are you ready for a new Christmas Card Challenge?

This week we don't want to see any kind of embellishment on your card. Not easy for me who loves to add rhinestones and pearls on cards!

 I made this card:

I chose a lovely Christmas tree digi stamp from Broken Box Stock and I decided to duplicate gifts and add them around the tree.
A Christmas tree full of gifts is always a great thing to see, right?

Since I'm a bit late with my post this morning I've just had the chance to see the cards made by my teamies!

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge # 257 - Make Your Own Embellishment

Good morning!
I'm a bit late for my weekly post for C.R.A.F.T. Challenge but it's a National Holiday and we all stayed in bed a bit longer, even because it seemed another dark and rainy day.
Now the sun shines and we are all ready to enjoy this day off!

Back to our challenge, this week we want you to make your own embellishment.

This is my card:
I've used Fifth Day of Christmas from Stitchy Bear Stamps. Since I wanted to make a Congrats card for an engagement, I omitted the wording included in the digi stamp.
I mounted the ring on an old embossed card from Lasting Impressions and made my own flowers.
I punched two types of flowers: I used one for the pink flower while I cut the stems of the green flower to make the leaves. A little pearl was then added.

Stitchy Bear Stamps is one of the fabulous sponsors for this week challenge: check all details here and be inspired by the great projects from my teamies!

Christmas Card Challenge # 22 - Anything Goes!

Good morning and welcome to a new Christmas Card Challenge!
The theme is very easy: Anything Goes!

This is my card:

I've used Caroling Toodles digi stamp from Broken Box Stock (available here as a black and white digi stamp and here in a super-sweet colored version).
Papers are from Basic Grey (Eskimo Kisses): they are quite old 12"x 12" scrapbooking papers and I was happy to use them after so many years!

You know how I love carolers and this digi was a lovely addition to my collection!

As usual, have a look at all the other cards created by my teamies:
Margo

We are also having a DT call: read all about it here.

Good morning and welcome to a new C.R.A.F.T. Challenge!
This week we don't want to see cards but every other project is welcome!

I decided to make a big tag, this one:
The digi stamp is Scarlette - Coffee o'Clock from Bugaboo which I mounted on a kraft tag covered with a music paper I had in my stash.
Bugaboo Stamps is one of the sponsors for this week's challenge: they have tons of cute images, for every occasion and need so let's start creating!

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges:
