CraftyHazelnut's Christmas Challenge Extra for May - Mid-month Inspiration.

Happy Sunday!
The sun shines here today, birds sing and it's a very peaceful morning.

While I can't believe we're already on May 15, I'm ready for my mid-month inspiration post for CraftyHazelnut's Christmas Challenge Extra.

This is my card:

I chose the lovely Scene It - Santa and Friends digi from Bugaboo Stamps and had a great fun coloring it.
I wanted a simple card with the image as focus so I only added a background paper from Toga and some matching pearls in the corners.

There are great cards to inspire you in the blog! Have a look there if you need a bit more inspiration!

Chipboard Crazy - Part 6.

A new week means a new card with one of the chipboard embellishments I'm trying to destash:

This time I've opted for a summer theme, with this little boat which makes me happy and dreaming of the sea...
Papers are from My Mind's Eye and Echo Park. I particularly love the sentiment which is the focus of the card.
I'm realizing that I'm destashing lots of paper too...

If you want to see my previous chipboard cards, have a look here.

Christmas Card Challenge # 23 - Color Challenge.

Happy Sunday to all moms out there!

Welcome to a new Christmas Card Challenge!

This week we have colors to inspire you:

In detail:

And this is my card:

The image is from Handmade Harbour and is called We Wish You a Merry Christmas (of course!).
I printed it on a paper from Pink Petticoat and colored it with Copics.
Since I wanted a very simple look, I positioned it on an olive green card.

Have a look at all the fabulous cards made by the DT this week using these frosty colors! You can find them here.

Under the Weather?

The wording on the card I'm showing you today is really appropriate for this moment. Well, not for me but for my mom who's been a bit under the weather since the beginning of this new year.

I've had this Froggy Lolita digi stamp from Star Stampz (from the shop Spesch Designer Stamps) for a while and I thought it was time to use it.
This little girl has the perfect face for someone a bit "under the weather"!

I wanted the image to stand out so I chose a simple background paper and added only a few embellishments. The stamp is colored with Copics.
She's so sweet! And what about the little frog?!

A new card to show you created while trying to destash some of the chipboard embellishments in my stash (you can find my previous post here).

This time I have a more romantic card with Paris as theme:

Background papers and the card with the Eiffel tower are from October Afternoon. Then, I added a few pearls and a pretty heart and I was ready to start dreaming!

Here I am again today with some inspiration for our Christmas Card Challenge.

We have a photo to inspire you:

Number 25!

This is my card:

I found this embellishment from The Yellow Bicycle in my stash and made my card around it.
I colored the little elf from MFT stamps (Santa's Elves) with my Copics and some glitter, then chose my background paper (Doodlebug).
I love the colors!

Christmas Card Challenge # 21 - Anything Goes.

Welcome to a new Christmas Card Challenge!

The weahether is perfect today to think about Christmas: it rains, it's dark and maybe cold...

Anyway, my card is bright and cheerful!

The theme is Anything Goes:

and this is my card:

This adorable penguin is from Meljen's Designs and papers are from Cartabella.
I decided to say "Happy New Year" for a change and I had fun adding gems and pearls.

Can't wait to see your creations and if you're lucky enough to live where the sun shines and you need some inspiration, have a look here to see what the team has created this week!

Lovely Little Bees.

Happy afternoon!

Today, I'd like to share a new project I've just finished:

My readers probably know that I LOVE making tags and these ones were no exception!
I found this little bee stamp in a magazine a while ago and these tags were in my To-Do List.
I'm so happy and I've had a great fun making them!
Perfect to be added to a little gift or a bunch of flowers!
